DELIVERIES

  • This information is sent automatically when your order's shipping label is printed, but it does not necessarily mean that your package is ready to ship.

    This scenario applies when products in your order are awaiting restocking, as indicated on the product pages.

    As soon as we receive them, your order will be shipped immediately and you will be notified by email ⚡️

  • As specified on each product page,

    Some references are on pre-order or restock and will be available and shipped only from mid-February.

    Same for exchanges & returns.

    Orders placed between December 6 and early January had 2-month lead times announced in advance on the product pages & confirmation emails.

    You will receive your tracking number by email when it is shipped, it is normal if you do not receive anything between the confirmation and shipping email.

  • If the product received does not match what you ordered,

    Don't panic, just send an email to support via the contact page with your problem + a photo of your package,

    We will send you a return label to make the exchange at our expense.

  • important: A tracking number takes 2 days after shipment to update and send!

    > 14 days to 20 working days

    Asia / Japan:

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the product.

    Conditions for return

    1. Product condition:

    • The product must be in perfect condition, odorless, and returned in its original packaging.

    • If it is returned damaged, no refund will be made.

    • If the packaging is damaged, a charge of €10 will apply.

    2. Product control:

    • Upon receipt of the return, a quality check is carried out by us.

    • If the product is compliant (unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition):

    > You can choose between a store credit or a full refund.

    • If the product is non-compliant (degraded, odors, etc.):

    > No refund or credit will be given.

    Return costs:

    • Defective product: The return is at our expense and you will be fully reimbursed (or benefit from an exchange if desired).

    • Unsuitable product (wrong size, etc.): Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the product received is defective,
