RETROMUSCLE - AFFILIATION CONDITIONS

RetroMuscle Affiliate Program Rules

1. Eligibility Requirements

• Creators with Low Engagement (-200 likes/post) :

  • Access to the program via a discovery offer :

    • You must already own RetroMuscle clothing; we will directly create a promotional code + affiliate link for you to start selling.
      

    • Objective: achieve at least 5 sales within 30 days of receiving the order.

    • If the objective is met → Products offered in subsequent months; the value of the offered cart will be determined based on performance.

    • If the objective is not met → the creator keeps the product but does not advance to Starter status.

• Creators with engaged audience:

  • Direct entry into the Starter tier

2. Tiers and Commissions

• Starter: 5% commission on gross margin and 10% commission per new customer.
  10% discount code for customers (0 to €1000 in monthly turnover).

• Performer: 10% commission on gross margin and 15% commission per new customer.
  10% discount code for customers (€1000 to €5000 in monthly turnover).

• Player:10% commission on gross margin and 15% commission per new customer OR a fixed rate to be established based on the average of the last 2 months.
  10% discount code for customers (€5000 to €10,000 in monthly turnover).

3. Commission Calculation

• Commissions are calculated on the gross margin before taxes:
  Selling price – cost price – applied discount = gross margin.

• Example:
  €70 (price) – €20 (product cost) – €7 (customer discount) = €43 gross margin.
  10% commission → €4.30.

4. Creator Obligations

• Create and regularly publish content showcasing RetroMuscle products, following the guidelines provided.

• Publish the promo code at least every other day on their social media.
  
  

• Clearly mention and display the promo code in all promotional content.
  

• Do not disparage the brand or the collaboration.

5. Duration and Termination

• The collaboration may be terminated by RetroMuscle in case of non-compliance with rules, absence of publications, or results below 5 sales every 30 days.

• The creator can leave the program at any time; commissions owed will only be calculated up to the departure date.

6. General Provisions

• RetroMuscle reserves the right to modify these rules during the contract period.

• Any fraud will result in immediate exclusion from the program.
