How to care for clothes?

Cotton garments with prints should be washed cold (10° to 30° ) to preserve them and ensure a long life.

ORDERS & DELIVERIES

How long does it take to be delivered?

Order processing takes place in France within 2 to 3 working days ,

  • With Mondial Relay, delivery is made within 3 working days in France ,
    Within 7 working days in nearby Europe .
  • With Colissimo, delivery takes 8 to 12 working days in Remote Europe .
  • With Colissimo, delivery takes 14 working days to remote destinations outside Europe (America, Canada, Africa, China, Russia, Middle East)

How do I track my package?

24 hours after receiving the shipping notification , tracking will be active.

I wish to modify my order

Once the order has been placed , it is unfortunately no longer possible to go back ,
The solution is to return the products upon receipt of the order, at your expense.

My order is incomplete or incorrect

You must contact our support email retromuscle1000@gmail.com with the subject: the order number + the problem.

The return and exchange of the order will be taken care of and the missing products will be sent to you at our expense.

How to carry out a return procedure?

You must contact our support email retromuscle1000@gmail.com with the subject: the order number + the problem.

A return procedure is possible, it can be at our expense or yours depending on the reason for the return.

  • The garment is not my size : a reliable size guide is available on the site and the product pages, this is an error on your part, and the return will be at your expense
  • The garment has a manufacturing defect: a photo of the condition of the product will be requested,
    If a defect is present, returns will be at our expense .
  • The order is incorrect or incomplete: the return will be taken care of and the missing products will be sent to you at our expense.

How to issue a refund after a return?

  • If upon receipt of the returned product, we find that it has not been opened and is intact, the refund procedure will be launched and your money will be returned to you within 1 to 2 weeks.
  • If upon receipt of the returned product, we find that the product has been unfolded and worn but does not have any defects compromising its resale, a fee of €8 will be deducted from the refund to cover the repackaging costs.
  • If upon receipt of the returned product we notice that it is damaged, no refund will be made.
