Some references are on pre-order or restock and will be available and shipped only from mid-February.
Same for exchanges & returns.Orders placed between December 6 and early January had 2-month lead times announced in advance on the product pages & confirmation emails.
You will receive your tracking number by email when it is shipped, it is normal if you do not receive anything between the confirmation and shipping email.

If the product received does not match what you ordered,
Don't panic, just send an email to support via the contact page with your problem + a photo of your package,
We will send you a return label to make the exchange at our expense. -
important: A tracking number takes 2 days after shipment to update and send!
