RETROMUSCLE - AFFILIATION CONDITIONS

RetroMuscle Affiliate Program Rules

1. Conditions of access

  • Creators with Low Engagement (-200 likes/post) :

    • Access to the program via a discovery offer :

      • 50% off promotional code on your first order (products to be presented and promoted).

      • If you already have RetroMuscle clothing, we will directly create a promotional code + affiliate link for you to start selling.

      • Goal: Make at least 5 sales within 30 days of receiving the order.

      • If the objective is reached → Products offered in the following months, the price of the free basket will be determined based on performance.

      • If the goal is not reached → the creator keeps the product but does not move to Starter status.

  • Creators with engaged audiences:

    • Direct entry into the Starter level

2. Levels and commissions

  • Starter : 5% commission on gross margin and 10% commission per new customer.
    Promo code -10% for customers (0 to €1000 turnover/month).

  • Performer : 10% commission on gross margin and 15% commission per new customer.
    Promo code -10% for customers (1000 to 5000 € turnover/month).

  • Player : 10% commission on gross margin and 15% commission per new customer OR fixed to be established on the average of the last 2 months.
    Promo code -10% for customers (5,000 to 10,000 € turnover/month).

  • Big Timer : 10% commission on gross margin and 15% commission per new customer OR fixed + 5% commission per order to be established on the average of the last 3 months.
    Promo code -10% for customers (+€10,000 turnover/month).

3. Calculation of commissions

  • Commissions are calculated on the gross margin before taxes:
    Selling price – cost price – discount applied = gross margin .

  • Example :
    70 € (price) – 20 € (product cost) – 7 € (customer discount) = 43 € gross margin .
    10% commission → €4.30 .

4. Obligations of the creator

  • Create and regularly publish content highlighting RetroMuscle products, following the advice in the guide.

  • Publish the promo code at least every other day on your social networks.

  • Mention and clearly display the promo code in each promotional content.

  • Do not disparage the brand or the collaboration.

5. Duration and termination

  • The collaboration may be stopped by RetroMuscle in the event of non-compliance with the rules, absence of publications or results lower than 5 sales every 30 days.

  • The creator can leave the program at any time, commissions due will be calculated only until the departure date.

6. General provisions

  • RetroMuscle reserves the right to modify the regulations during the contract period.

  • Any fraud will result in immediate exclusion from the program.
