DELIVERIES

  • Cette information est envoyée automatiquement lors de l’impression de l’étiquette d’expédition de ta commande, mais cela ne signifie pas forcément que ton colis est prêt à l’expédition.

    Ce cas de figure s’applique lorsque des produits de ta commande sont en attente de restock, comme indiqué sur les pages produit.

    Dès leur réception, ta commande est expédiée dans la foulée et tu en seras notifié par mail ⚡️

    Some references are on pre-order or restock and will be available and shipped without delay upon receipt of replenishment.

    You will receive your tracking number by email when it is shipped, it is normal if you do not receive anything between the confirmation and shipping emails.

  • If the product received does not match what you ordered,

    We will send you a return label to make the exchange at our expense.

  • You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

    Conditions for returns

    1. Product condition:

    • The product must be in perfect condition, odor-free, and returned in its original packaging.

    • If it is returned damaged, no refund will be issued.

    2. Product inspection:

    • Upon receipt of the return, a quality control check is carried out by us.

    • If the product is compliant (not worn, not washed, in perfect condition):

    > You can choose between an exchange, a refund, or a gift card.

    • If the product is non-compliant (damaged, odors, etc.):

    > No refund or credit will be granted.

    Return costs:

    • Defective product: The return is at our expense, and a new product is sent as a replacement.

    • Product not suitable (wrong size, etc.): Return costs are borne by the customer.
