These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales concluded on the RetroMuscle – The Golden Era Dream website operated by Aestheticsynth86 , EIRL registered in France.
By placing an order on the website, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

The products sold include ready -to-wear clothing and accessories .
- Some products are available immediately, others only by pre-order (indicated on the product page).
- The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible.
4. Pre-orders
- Delivery times : Pre-ordered products are shipped within a maximum of 4 to 8 weeks after order confirmation.
- Delay management : In the event of a delay exceeding the announced deadlines, compensation of 20% of the amount of the next order will be offered.
5. Orders and payment
- Ordering process : The customer selects products on the website, adds them to their cart, and proceeds to payment. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- Accepted payment methods : Credit card (via Shopify Payments affiliated with Stripe).

Order cancellations :
- Customers can cancel an order (including pre-orders) before shipment , free of charge.
- Once the order has been shipped, no cancellation is possible.
6. Price and delivery charges
- Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).

Delivery charges vary , calculated based on:
- From the geographical area .
- The weight of the products.
- Free delivery is offered in France for orders over €100 .
7. Delivery

Carriers : Orders are shipped via Colis Privé, DHL, Mondial Relay or Colissimo, depending on the option chosen by the customer.

Shipping : Same day if ordered before 3pm (Paris Time Zone), or the next day if ordered after 3pm.
Shipments are inactive on weekends. -

MANAGEMENT OF UNCOLLECTED PARCELS:

If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, or if the package is made available at a collection point (parcel relay, post office, etc.), it is the customer's responsibility to collect the package within the time limits indicated by the carrier .
If the package is returned to the seller due to non-receipt, non-claim or expired deadline, the order will be considered abandoned by the customer .

A partial refund may be issued upon receipt of the returned package, less shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any potential depreciation of the product .

No refund will be issued if the package is lost, damaged or destroyed due to non-collection by the customer , unless there is proof of fault attributable to the seller or the carrier.
The customer is required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, and to follow the tracking information provided to ensure proper receipt of their order.

Any customs duties, local taxes or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the displayed price or delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, customers are advised that they may be liable for customs clearance fees upon receipt of the package. These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and cannot be predicted by the seller.
In the event of refusal to pay customs fees or refusal to receive the package for any other reason related to these fees , the order will be considered refused by the customer.

If the package is returned to the seller, a partial refund may be issued, less shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any potential loss in value of the product.

If the package is lost, abandoned or destroyed due to refusal to pay customs fees, no refund can be claimed.
It is the customer's responsibility to inform themselves of the customs rules in force in their country before placing any order.

8. Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code:
- Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product.

Return conditions :
- The product must be in perfect condition , without odors , and returned in its original packaging .
- If the product is returned damaged, no refund will be issued.
- In case of damaged packaging, a fee of €10 will apply.

Return shipping costs :
- If the product is defective: the return is at our expense and the customer is fully refunded .
- If the product is unsuitable (e.g., wrong size): the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

Exceptions : Personalized or custom-made products are not covered by the right of withdrawal (not applicable here).
8.1 Gift cards
Gift cards purchased on our site are neither exchangeable nor refundable , even in the event of non-use, loss, theft or expiration.
Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, exclusively on our online store.
In the case of digital gift cards (sent by email), the customer acknowledges and accepts that their activation begins immediately after purchase. By confirming their order, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal , in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code .
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase other gift cards, or be eligible for a full or partial refund, including under the right of withdrawal.

- Legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, RetroMuscle prioritizes an amicable solution through mediation . Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the company's headquarters (France).
