1. Scope of application
These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern sales concluded on the RetroMuscle – The Golden Era Dream site operated by Aestheticsynth86 , EIRL registered in France.
By placing an order on the site, the customer unreservedly accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Products
The products marketed include ready-to-wear items and accessories .
- Some products are available immediately, others only for pre-order (indicated on the product sheet).
- The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
4. Pre-orders
- Delivery times : Pre-order products are shipped within 4 to 8 weeks maximum after order confirmation.
- Delay management : In the event of a delay exceeding the announced deadlines, compensation of 20% of the amount of the next order will be offered.
5. Orders and payment
- Ordering process : The customer selects products on the website, adds them to their cart, and proceeds to payment. The order is validated upon receipt of this payment.
- Accepted payment methods : Credit card (via Shopify Payments affiliated with Stripe).

Cancellation of orders :
- Customers can cancel an order (including pre-order) before shipment , free of charge.
- Once the order has been shipped, no cancellation is possible.
6. Prices and delivery costs
- Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).

Delivery costs vary , calculated based on:
- From the geographical area .
- From the weight of the products.
- Delivery is free in France for orders over €100 .
7. Delivery
- Carriers : Orders are shipped via Colis Privé, DHL, Mondial Relay or Colissimo, depending on the option chosen by the customer.

MANAGEMENT OF UNCOLLECTED PARCELS:

If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, or if the package is made available at a collection point (parcel relay, post office, etc.), it is the customer's responsibility to collect the package within the timeframe indicated by the carrier .
If the package is returned to the seller due to non-receipt, non-complaint or expired deadline, the order will be considered abandoned by the customer .

A partial refund may be made upon receipt of the returned package, less shipping and return costs and any possible depreciation of the product .

No refund can be claimed if the package is lost, damaged or destroyed due to non-collection by the customer , unless there is proof of fault attributable to the seller or the carrier.
The customer is required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, and to follow the tracking information provided to ensure proper receipt of their order.

Any customs fees, local taxes or import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the displayed price or delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
In the event of shipment to a country outside the European Union, the customer is informed that they may be liable for customs clearance fees upon receipt of the package. These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and cannot be anticipated by the seller.
In the event of refusal to pay customs fees or refusal to receive the package for any other reason related to these fees , the order will be considered refused by the customer.

If the package is returned to the seller, a partial refund may be issued, less shipping and return costs and any possible loss in value of the product.

If the package is lost, abandoned or destroyed due to refusal to pay customs fees, no refund can be requested.
It is the customer's responsibility to find out about the customs regulations in force in their country before placing any order.

8. Return policy and right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code:
- Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the product.

Return conditions :
- The product must be in perfect condition , odorless , and returned in its original packaging .
- If the product is returned damaged, no refund will be made.
- In case of damaged packaging, a fee of €10 will apply.

Return costs :
- If the product is defective: the return is at our expense and the customer is fully reimbursed .
- If the product is not suitable (e.g. wrong size): return costs are the responsibility of the customer .
Exceptions : Personalized or custom-made products are not covered by the right of withdrawal (not applicable here).
8.1 Gift cards
Gift cards purchased on our site are neither exchangeable nor refundable , even in the event of non-use, loss, theft or expiration.
Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, exclusively on our online store.
In the case of digital gift cards (sent by email), the customer acknowledges and accepts that their execution begins immediately after purchase. By validating their order, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal , in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code .
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase other gift cards, nor can they give rise to a full or partial refund, including under the right of withdrawal.

All beneficial products:
- From the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code).
- Legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

11. Limitation of liability
RetroMuscle cannot be held responsible in the event of:
- Delays due to crises impacting transit, manufacturing, or delivery countries .
- Delays due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, RetroMuscle favors an amicable solution via a mediator . Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the company's headquarters (France).
13. Modification of the T&Cs
RetroMuscle reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order.
