Returns/Refunds Policy
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code:
• Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the product.
Conditions for return
1. Product Condition:
• The product must be in perfect condition, odorless, and returned in its original packaging.
• If it is returned damaged, no refund will be made.
• If the packaging is damaged, a charge of €10 will apply.
2. Product control:
• Upon receipt of the return, a quality check is carried out by us.
• If the product is compliant (unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition):
> The customer can choose between a credit valid on the store or a full refund .
• If the product is non-compliant (degraded, odors, etc.):
> No refund or credit will be given.
Return costs:
• Defective product : The return is at our expense and the customer is fully reimbursed (or benefits from an exchange if desired).
• Product not suitable (wrong size, etc.) : Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return procedure:
• The customer must first contact customer service by email (or via the contact form) to indicate their wish to withdraw or return.
• After acceptance, the product must be returned to the address indicated within the legal period.
Exceptions : Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable) are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
